A place where I was born.
A place where I have spent 20 years of my life.
A place where I completed my graduation.
A place where I have lived every minute of my life.
A place that gave me shelter. A place that gave me loads of friends.
A place that gave me dreams.
A place that made me bold and confident.
A place that was full of fun and a place that can never be replaced.
I never imagined that one day, I have to leave my city and relocate to another city for a long time. But someone has said right, “Expect the Unexpected.”
Last August, I shifted to Bengaluru. And since then many things have changed. Relocating to Bangalore was hard but being away from parents, staying with different people has definitely made me more matured. Every day I learn something here. Good or bad, every experience has made me a wise person. Apart from fun, Bangalore has given me lots of lessons. Not only this place made me realize the value of family but it also made me an independent girl.
From being a college student to a professional, From being immature to mature, Thinking twice before acting on anything, removing time from busy schedule for personal care, taking risks as well as responsibility, importance of commitment, value of hard work and importance of life- This is what the Bombay to Bengaluru journey has taught me.
I miss Bombay a lot, I miss Mumbaikars, that morning and evening local trains, Bhel Puri wala Uncle, Marine Lines, Siddhivinayak Temple, Pop Tates, my society, my school, college, teachers and most importantly my family but this journey has taught me to adapt to changes and that’s what I am trying to do and I think, I am pretty successful.
