My throat was in need of more air, I could feel the adrenaline coursing throughout the body, the pain in my joints was becoming worst, my face and body was covered with sweat but I was determined. I had decided to go an extra mile to achieve my goal and that is to run more miles than yesterday. It was my third day of running challenge and the satisfaction which I got by going an extra mile gave me some positive energy to run more. That extra mile motivated me and made me happy.
I have taken #100daysofrunning challenge. Though, I don’t run regularly due to shifts but twice in a week whenever I have holiday, I run.
That day, I understood the power of “Going an extra mile”.
“Everybody is standing, but you must stand out.
Everybody is breaking grounds; but you must breakthrough!
Everybody scratching it; but you must scratch it hard!
Everybody is going, but you must keep going extra miles!
Dare to be exceptionally excellent and why not?”
